At Analiya Naturals, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Because of this, our shipping process is slightly different from mass-produced brands — your order is made fresh and packed with love before it reaches you.
This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process, pack, and deliver your orders across India. If you have any questions not covered here, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team.
✦ Please note : This policy applies to all orders placed directly through our website or via WhatsApp/phone. Orders placed through third-party platforms may be subject to their respective shipping policies.
- Order Processing Time
Since our products are made fresh in small batches, each order goes through a brief preparation period before dispatch. This ensures you always receive the freshest product possible.
- Standard dispatch time is 2–4 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- During festive seasons, sales, or new launches, processing may take up to 5–6 business days. We will notify you in such cases

- Shipping Charges

- Delivery Areas
We currently ship across all major pin codes in India. Delivery is available to most cities, towns, and rural areas served by our courier partners.
- Metro cities(Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, etc.) — typically faster delivery within 3–5 business days.
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities— 5–7 business days.
- Remote or rural areas— may take up to 8–10 business days depending on courier coverage.
✦ International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping through our website. If you are based outside India and interested in a bulk or wholesale order, please contact us directly at support@analiyanaturals.com.
- Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time via email and/or SMS.
- Tracking information may take 12–24 hours to become active after dispatch.
- If you have not received your tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

- Packaging
We believe packaging should be as mindful as our products. Every order from Analiya Naturals is packed carefully to ensure:
- Safe delivery— bubble wrap and cushioning to protect glass bottles and delicate products.
- Eco-conscious materials— we use recycled cardboard, kraft paper, and minimal plastic wherever possible.
- Tamper-proof seals— all products are sealed before packing for your safety and assurance.
- A personal touch— every order is packed with a handwritten thank-you note, because we appreciate you choosing natural.
- Delays & Delivery Issues
We work hard to ensure on-time delivery, but certain factors can occasionally cause delays beyond our control:
- Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters.
- Public holidays, bandh, or strike situations.
- High-volume periods such as festive seasons or flash sales.
- Remote delivery locations with limited courier access.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us and we will coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue at the earliest.
Lost or missing shipments: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery status update. We will investigate and work toward a resolution promptly.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in packing every order. However, if your product arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item:
- Email us at support@analiyanaturals.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- We will review your request and arrange areplacement or full refund— no questions asked.
We kindly request that you do not dispose of the packaging until the issue is resolved, as it may be needed for courier claims.
