What types of products does Analiya Naturals offer?
Analiya Naturals offers a thoughtfully curated range of natural personal care products including hair oils, body butters, herbal skincare, and wellness blends. All our products are handcrafted in small batches right here in Kanyakumari, using traditional methods and locally sourced botanical ingredients.
Are your products suitable for all skin and hair types?
Yes, most of our products are formulated to be gentle and suitable for all skin and hair types. Each product page includes a detailed description and a list of ideal skin or hair types. If you have a specific condition or sensitivity, we recommend doing a patch test first or reaching out to us at support@analiyanaturals.com for personalized guidance.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Since our products contain no synthetic preservatives, shelf life varies by formulation typically 6 to 18 months from the date of manufacture. The best-before date is printed on each label. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight for optimal potency. Food Products 15 days to 1 Month
Do you offer product samples or trial sizes?
We occasionally offer trial kits and sample sets — especially for new collections. Follow us on social media to be the first to know. You can also write to us and we’ll help you find the right product before you commit to a full size.

Where do you source your ingredients?
Most of our key ingredients are sourced directly from farmers and herb growers in Tamil Nadu and Kerala, with special botanicals ethically procured from across India. We prioritize suppliers who share our commitment to sustainable, chemical-free cultivation.
Do you use essential oils or fragrance oils?
We use only pure, therapeutic-grade essential oils never synthetic fragrance oils. Essential oils carry the true therapeutic properties of the plant, whereas fragrance oils are lab-created and offer no such benefit. Every scent in our range is nature’s own.
Are your ingredients certified organic?
Many of our base ingredients are organically grown, though not all carry formal certification — organic certification is a costly process that many small family farms cannot afford. We personally verify each supplier and prioritize traditional, chemical-free growing practices
How can I track my order?
Yes — we currently use glass bottles, recycled cardboard, and minimal plastic. Where plastic is unavoidable, we choose recyclable variants. We are continuously evaluating better alternatives and aim to be plastic-free by 2026.
Can I get a full ingredient list before buying?
Absolutely full ingredient lists are listed on every product page. If you have a known allergy or want more detail about a specific ingredient, please email us at support@analiyanaturals.com

How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation, as every product is made fresh in small batches. During peak seasons it may take up to 5–6 business days. You’ll receive a dispatch email with your tracking number as soon as it’s on its way.
Do you ship across India what are the shipping charges?
Yes, we ship to all major pin codes across India. For orders below a flat fee of ₹60 to 120 applies depending on your location. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
International shipping is currently not available on our website.
How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and carrier link. If you haven’t received tracking details within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us and we’ll look into it immediately.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@analiyanaturals.com
- Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 24 Hours of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent. Due to hygiene and the nature of personal care products, we are unable to accept returns for opened or partially used items. Please inspect your order on arrival and reach out immediately if there is a concern.
My product arrived damaged what should I do?
We’re so sorry! Please email us at support@analiyanaturals.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly — no questions asked.
How long does a refund take to process?
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 10-15 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–5 working days to reflect in your account.
I'm not happy with the product can I get a refund?
Your satisfaction means everything to us. If you are unhappy with a product, please reach out to our team — we’ll find the right solution, whether that’s a swap, store credit, or guidance on better use. We handle each case personally and with care.
