  • We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or reformulate any product at any time without prior notice.
  • Product availability is subject to change. We are not liable if a product goes out of stock after an order is placed — we will notify you and offer an alternative or refund.
  • Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of placing your order will be the final price charged.
  • We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and cash on delivery (where available).
  • All online payments are processed throughsecure, third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment credentials.
  • In case of a payment failure, please do not attempt the transaction multiple times before confirming with us — this may result in duplicate charges.
  • Promotional prices, discount codes, or offers are valid only for the specified period and cannot be combined unless stated.

Secure Payments: All transactions are encrypted and processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment partners. Analiya Naturals never has access to your card, UPI, or banking details.

  • Orders & Order Cancellation

Placing an order on our website constitutes a binding offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

  • An order isconfirmed only upon receipt of paymentand our order confirmation email or message to you.
  • Orders may be cancelled by you within12 hours of placementby contacting us atsupport@analiyanaturals.comor +91 90258 30214.
  • Once an order is in production or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer at checkout.
  • Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery terms are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms a part of these Terms. Key points:

  • We ship across all major pin codes in India. Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.
  • Analiya Naturals isnot responsible for courier delayscaused by factors outside our control (weather, strikes, holidays, remote areas).
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon handover to the courier partner.
  • Ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
  • Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Our returns and refund process is governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Key summary:

  • Returns are acceptedonly for damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent productswithin 7 days of delivery.
  • Photo or video evidence of the damage must be submitted to process any return or refund.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within15 business daysof approval.
  • Opened, used, or change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
